+ It is a Champagne made from a blend of Chardonnay (10%), Pinot Meunier (50%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes. It is a champagne aged in bottles in cellars for a minimum of three years. The robe is golden yellow. In the nose: light with some iodized and vanilla touches. The mouth is suave punctuated with a pleasant freshness. Wine pairing : will go very well with oysters from Marennes-Oléron, Cancale or Belon or shellfish on a seafood platter. To be enjoyed at around 12°C.
