+ Notes Blanches 2012 from FLEURY is 100% Pinots Blancs. This more confidential grape variety has been choosen to create this new cuvée. No liquor is added during the disgorgement process: Cuvée Blanche was born, and it is intensively natural. This champagne unveils delicate aromas, with a touch of irresistible womanly vinosity. It is preferable to taste this cuvée by its own, with no starters or side dishes, allowing the palate to discover the multiple facets of this cuvée. Much appreciated as an aperitif, the wine reveals its full personality following 15 minutes after the opening.
